Services

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. The work we do together is shaped by who you are, what you're carrying, and where you want to go. All services are currently offered via telehealth to clients located in Colorado, with in-person sessions coming soon to the Denver area.

indiv therapy

Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions built around your specific experience, goals, and pace. A space to slow down, look inward, and move forward with clarity and intention. My practice is welcoming and affirming of all adults regardless of background, identity, or experience.

trauma

Trauma Therapy

Trauma doesn’t always look like a single catastrophic event. Using evidence-based approaches including EMDR, we work to process what happened, reduce its grip on your present life, and rebuild a sense of safety and agency.

addiction

Addiction and Recovery

Recovery is more than stopping a behavior. It’s understanding what the behavior was doing for you and finding something more sustainable in its place. This work draws on motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, and depth-oriented approaches.

mens

Men's Mental Health

Men are statistically less likely to seek therapy and more likely to wait until things are at a breaking point. This is a space designed with that in mind: direct, practical, and free of the stigma that keeps a lot of men from getting support sooner. If you’ve been putting this off, this is a good place to start.

existential

Existential Counseling

For people wrestling with the bigger questions: meaning, identity, purpose, direction. These are real sources of suffering, and they deserve real attention.

mind body

Mind-Body Connection

Mental health doesn’t exist in isolation from the body. This work takes a whole-person approach, exploring how physical experience intersects with psychological wellbeing and how attending to both creates more lasting change.

religious trauma

Religious Trauma

Doubt has a way of arriving quietly, then taking everything with it. The questions start small, then the floor gives out. What you believed, who you were, the people around you – all of it shifts. That kind of freefall is disorienting in a way that’s hard to explain to anyone who hasn’t felt it. This is a space to sit with the darkness without having to rush through it, make sense of what happened, and find your footing at your own pace.

If something here resonated, trust that instinct.

Reaching out is the hardest part. Everything after is just a conversation.
