When you submit the contact form on this site, I collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
This contact form is not encrypted and should not be used to share confidential or sensitive personal information. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
Client Records
If you become a client, your protected health information is stored and managed through SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system. That information is governed by a separate Notice of Privacy Practices provided at the start of treatment, in accordance with HIPAA.
Cookies and Analytics
This website does not currently use cookies for tracking or analytics purposes beyond what is required for basic site functionality, such as remembering your password-protected session.
